At AllofChoice.com, customers come first and we want you to be happy with your purchase.
You may return most merchandise for a full refund, less shipping charges, based on the original form of payment, within 7 days of receipt of the item. At this time, we do not accept returns of a gift.
The item must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging. If an item has been opened or missing any items that were included originally with the item, we may not be able to accept returns. We may still allow open items to be returned at our discretion. Open items would incur an additional 25% charge as restocking fee. The return would be authorized solely on our discretion.
If the item being returned was shipped free by us as part of a promotion, we would deduct the shipping charges originally paid by us and return only the remaining credit amout to the customer.
eGoods, like any kind of music, ebooks, downloadable manuals or instructions and similar items, and Software items that are downloaded from our website cannot be returned back for refunds. If you recieve any software items in the regular mail from us, such items can be returned back only if they have not been opened at all and are still in the original packing.
How to Return
1. Log in using the information you used when you ordered the item.
2. Click on Returns under the "Your Cart" menu.
3. Use the Search functionality to find the item you wish to return.
4. Initiate the return process.
Once the above process is complete from your side, we would recieve your request and authorize the return. You may check the status of your returns anytime using the same process listed above at our website after you log in.
When the return has been authorized by us, you may ship the item back to us.
Please securely pack the item along with the invoice and return authorization number when you ship the item. Ship US Postal Service or UPS using the address that we tell you to ship to.
We'll process your return within 7 days of receipt, though it will take longer to appear on your statement. If you provided an email address, we'll notify you via email when your exchange has been received and processed.

If you would like to cancel the return, you may do so anytime from before you ship the item back to us.
