Shipping Destinations

 

We currently ship to any address in the contiguous United States. We are not able to ship to APOs, FPOs and PO Boxes. We are working on expanding our shipping zones to include Alaska and Hawaii and add Canada and some European destinations as well.

 

Shipping Methods

 

Currently we use United Parcel Service (UPS), Fedex and United States Postal Service (USPS). We do not require a signature for UPS or USPS shipments.

 

Free Shipping

 

We use any standard ground shipping method soley based on our discretion to ship all items that have discounted or free shipping offered by us. In order to minimize shipping costs to us, we may delay the shipping if we need to for any out of stock items or any other procedural delay.

All orders are currently shipped from Aurora IL.

 

Split Shipments

 

Your original shipping charge as well as return shipping will only be refunded for a part sent to you in error, a defective part, an order damaged in shipping or a part that fails under warranty. This refund will automatically be credited once we receive and inspect the part. If only a portion of your order is returned, the refund for shipping costs will be prorated. Please see the Returns Policy for further details. Shipping for either side of transit if you return the item for any reason other than listed above would have to be born by you. We do not accept COD shipments.

 

Shipment Delivery Time

 

We would try our best to to ship the in-stock merchandise on the day you order if the we receive the order prior to 2 PM Monday through Friday, not including standard business holidays. Orders received after 2 PM Central Time will be shipped the next business day. Special orders and out-of-stock merchandise may require additional time prior to shipment. Sometimes, when a standard procedural delay is to be expected, we would put the notice on the website.

 

Shipping Charges

 

For most items, we charge standard UPS rates as fixed shipping charges based on the weight and size of the order. If you select another shipping method, your shipping charge will be based on the weight of your order, the distance shipped, and the method you select when ordering (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or Ground). This includes items shipped in multiple boxes.
